3. TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED AND METHOD OF COLLECTION

3.1 Data provided directly by you
Through the forms available on the site we collect the following information:

  • Contact form – name, surname, email address, phone number, company, tax code, message;

  • Request for quote – name, surname, email address, phone number, company, tax code, message;

  • Newsletter subscription – email address and, optionally, name (name is not required).

3.2 Automatically collected data
While visiting the site, certain data is collected automatically through:

  • cookies (technical, functional, performance, targeting, social media plug-ins);

  • server log files (IP, technical information about the device and browser, pages visited);

  • web analysis services (Google Analytics, with anonymized IP).

4. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING

  • Securing the platform and preventing fraud – basis: legitimate interest and legal obligations.

10. AUTOMATED PROCESSES

We do not use fully automated decision-making processes that produce legal effects or significantly affect you.

11. DATA CONCERNING MINORS

We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

12. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Our sites may contain links to websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. We recommend that you review the privacy policies of each site you visit.

13. PRELUCRAREA DATELOR ÎN CADRUL PROCESULUI DE RECRUTARE

Prin intermediul secțiunii dedicate „Carieră” sau a anunțurilor de angajare publicate pe site-urile www.set.ro și www.plinte-profile.ro, precum și prin e-mail, putem colecta și prelucra datele dumneavoastră cu caracter personal transmise în scopul participării la procesul de recrutare.

Datele colectate pot include, fără a se limita la:

  • Nume și prenume;

  • Adresă de e-mail;

  • Număr de telefon;

  • Adresă de domiciliu;

  • Experiență profesională și istoric de angajare;

  • Educație și calificări;

  • Alte informații incluse în CV, scrisoare de intenție sau documente de suport (recomandări, certificate).

Scopul prelucrării acestor date este evaluarea candidaturii și desfășurarea procesului de selecție pentru postul disponibil.
Baza legală este executarea unor măsuri precontractuale, conform art. 6 alin. (1) lit. b) din GDPR.

Datele sunt stocate pe perioada procesului de recrutare și, în cazul în care nu sunteți selectat, pentru o perioadă maximă de 6 luni de la încheierea acestuia, cu excepția cazului în care ne acordați consimțământul expres pentru păstrarea datelor în vederea unor viitoare oportunități.

Datele pot fi partajate doar cu persoanele implicate în procesul de recrutare din cadrul companiei și, după caz, cu furnizori de servicii de resurse umane sau recrutare, în baza unor acorduri de confidențialitate.
